Monique over at For The Love Of Everything sent me an email that made me very happy…we have been considering either taking the boys to Disney or going on a Disney cruise. You know how some kids are terrified of big dressed up characters? Well my boys are the complete opposite–in fact they will follow the characters around hugging and talking to them until I pull them away (because the others mom are giving me dirty looks since they can’t get a pic of their kid alone with the character 🙂 )
My decision may have become a bit easier because… kids travel FREE on select Disney Cruises!! Woo hoo! Here is a little info from the Disney Cruise website:
Kids age 17 and under can sail free on most 3- and 4-night Bahamian cruises from January 7 to April 15, 2010, when traveling with 2 full-fare Guests in the same stateroom. Government taxes and fees not included.
Discover the unparalleled personal service that can only be found aboard a Disney ship as you set sail for the Bahamas, renowned for sunbathing, snorkeling and breathtaking beaches. Enjoy Broadway-style shows and onboard activities for the whole family on your tropical cruise, which includes a stop in Nassau and one on Disney’s private island paradise, Castaway Cay.
Book online at disneycruise.com, call (800) 951-3532 or contact your Travel Agent. Be sure to indicate booking code “KFO” at time of booking. Guests under 18 years of age must have their parent or guardian call this number.
Kids ages 17 and under traveling with 2 full-fare Guests in the same stateroom sail free on select Mediterranean cruises from April 24 through May 26, 2010 —. Government taxes and fees not included.
Thanks for the heads up Monique!!
