Here is something that will make you and the kids smile…McDonald’s USA is offering guests new reasons to feel good about the fun and the food at McDonald’s with the addition of a new yogurt side option for kids. They also have a new Happy Meal brand ambassador.
Recently, McDonald’s introduced “Happy,” a new animated Happy Meal character that brings fun and excitement to kids’ meals while also serving as an ambassador for balanced and wholesome eating. Happy encourages kids to enjoy fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy and wholesome beverages such as water or juice.
Just last week, McDonald’s began offering Go-GURT® Low-Fat Strawberry Yogurt as an additional side option for Happy Meals and Mighty Kids Meals. This Go-GURT Low-Fat Strawberry Yogurt is made exclusively for McDonald’s, contains 50 calories, has 25 percent less sugar than the leading kids’ yogurt* and is made with natural flavor.
Now kids have more options that ever – they can choose either Go-GURT Low-Fat Strawberry Yogurt or apple slices, or choose both together as their sides in place of a kid-size fry.
I have more great news…the folks at McDonald’s have given me some “Be Our Guest” coupons (good for one free Happy Meal) to hand out to I Heart Saving Money readers.
Entry is simple… you just need to complete the task below! As a reminder, comments left on Facebook, Twitter or other posts will not be included. I will choose the winner at random on 6/13 at 11 pm.
REQUIRED ENTRY: Tell me which Happy Meal side option your kiddo prefers.
Disclosure: The information and coupons are being provided by McDonald’s. All comments are my own.
