Last week my husband was very excited to get a box that contained a new pair of Lugz Brigade Fold boots. He opened up the box just like he was a kid on Christmas!

When the folks at Lugz contacted me about reviewing the new Lugz Brigade Fold boots, I knew he would be thrilled. My husband recently got an old Impala that he is restoring. The car is out in our detached garage where there is no heat. He complains that his hands and feet stay so cold. When he was choosing the color of shoes, his comment was “These will be great to wear while working on the car.”

Of course when he opened up the shoes, he decided that he needed to go try them out. I know my husband and these were the perfect excuse to go “tinker”. I needed him to try them out so I sent him on his way.

His exact words – “These shoes rock!” He said that the shoes were incredibly comfortable and kept his feet totally warm. He was able to work in the garage without needing to wear multiple pairs of socks. He has decided these are now his favorite shoes. He even commented that it was too bad they wouldn’t match his work slacks – tee hee!

I asked him to give me a nice comment for my review and he said … “Well, does the fact that I want you to buy me another pair in black let you know that I am quite a fan?” Let me translate – that means he really likes them. My husband has never asked me to buy him shoes that were not a necessity!
