CVS: Old Spice/Gillette Limit More Than One??

My buddy Laura over at I Heart Earth Fare found a GREAT deal at CVS this morning!!
Laura bought the following:
2 old spice body washes ($8)
1 old spice body spray ($4.99)
She used used:
1 body wash BOGO coupon 6/6 PG (-$4 )
1 free body spray wyb 2 body washes 6/6 PG (-$4.99)
Based on the listing in the ad Laura should have received a $4 ECB which would have made everything free…instead she received an $8 ECB! Apparently the limit is more than the one that is listed!!

I just did this deal and it works. I got 8 ECB bucks back. Thanks for the heads up!
I also got 2 Gillette body washes and it printed $8 in ECB!!!!! YIPEE!!!

Does anyone else have problems with CVS NOT combining a BOGO coupon with another coupon?….Mine refuses, they look at that as ‘stacking’ and they wont do that.
Kelley – Same here. Neither my CVS nor Walgreens will let me use a coupon that requires 2 qualifiers if I use a BOGO coupon on the qualifiers. I’ve even tried to give the BOGO coupon second, so that when I give the other one (for ex, free body spray WYB 2) there will still be 2 BW…but no luck ;-(
Yes, it worked here too! $8.00 EB’s! Also, Rite Aide is offering the body wash on sale for $2.99 (three days only) free with rebate; I used my $4.00 off two and got two for free plus overage!
Thanks Katie, all this time I thought it was just my stores…the clerks at my CVS are pretty grumpy people and I always feel like I’m doing something wrong when I get a great deal since they almost make me feel like a crook. I now ONLY go when I am sure my coupons will go through.

I’m in Jacksonville, Florida, and it worked for me as well. Says on the receipt that the limit is 2. Yay!
I have two CVS stores near me and neither will take a BOGO and $0ff together, the same stacking thing. I have to drive past both of them to get to the one that is coupon friendly and welcomes my deals. Its all up to the mgmt.
I also got the $8 ecb’s for 2 gilette body washes and used the bogo free coupon. My cashier was great she let me do 5 different transactions and spent $9 oop for over $50 worth of goodies. Even she was impressed!
