Johnson & Johnson Beauty For All Ages Rebate Update
January 18, 2010
I posted this over on I Heart Publix but wanted to make sure you all saw it as well:
Several of you have emailed me in a panic about the Beauty For All Ages Rebate and whether the total is before or after coupons. I have great news for you all. Both Kerry and I contacted Johnson & Johnson separately and were told that the only requirement in regards to totals is that you MUST be able to circle $30 worth of participating J&J products (within 2 product categories). The use of coupons is of no consequence and will NOT impact the status of your rebate!!
I will let you know that at first the customer service agent told me that my receipt had to say I paid $30–when I asked him where this was specified on the form he put me on hold while he contacted a supervisor. The supervisor was able to confirm that the rebate only required a $30 product purchase. He confirmed that I need only show that I purchased $30 of qualifying products–not that I spent $30! His exact words “You must be able to circle $30 worth of qualifying products on your receipt. What you actually paid is not a factor.”
Kerry called and was given the exact same information. I would encourage you all to call if you need confirmation. The number is 888-638-5242. I will let you know that it may take a while. I was on hold for 15+ minutes before I was assisted. Also, as with any rebate make sure to keep a copy of your receipt and a copy of any supporting documents that are required for the MIR. I scan all of my info and keep it in my “rebate folder” on my computer. If there is ever a question I can easily access the info with the click of a mouse!
You can go HERE to visit Kerry at Totally Target to see her details and of course to check out all the latest Target deals

I would just like to say thank you for your time and effort on this! Glad to get this clarified finally.
I am very happy to hear that. I’m not going to get my hopes up until I receive that check in the mail, but atleast I know there’s a better chance of receiving it!
I am still happy w/making out w/$40 worth of products for $11-rebate or no rebate.
