		<description>I don&#039;t think the Rite Aid coupon from Target Marketing is a legit coupon. It&#039;s a pdf file so the unique code never changes, plus when you print it, it looks like a copy or scan of the original. You can even see the date &amp; time it was originally created. It just screams coupon fraud.</description>
