GREAT Deal At Toys R Us Next Week–UPDATED!
November 19, 2009
I have a copy of the Toys R Us ad that starts on Sunday and thought I would point out what may be a pretty good deal starting Tuesday:
UPDATE–there is a $10 coupon!! WOO HOO!! I am excited about this one!!
If so… you can do this deal:
Toys R Us says you can save $8 wyb 2 of the following 3 movies (Snow White DVD-$16.99; Santa Buddies DVD $16.99; Santa Buddies Combo Pack $24.99)
Toys R Us also has a promo in their Big Toy Book that offers a $10 gift card when you purchase $40+ of Disney movies.
So–try this:
Buy Snow White -$16.99
Buy Santa Buddies Combo Pack -$24.99
Total = $41.98
-$8 promo for buying 2 movies
-$10 Santa Buddies Coupon HERE
-$5 Snow White Coupon PRINT (thanks Mary!)
Total = $18.98 and earn $10 gift card!
Like paying $4.49 per movie after coupons and gift card!
Also you are over half way to the $75 threshold that will earn you another $10 gift card!!

And if you don’t use the Ronzoni rebate for Up, you could send it in for either Snow White or Snow Buddies!
There is also a $5.00 off of Snow White coupon at Disney.com!!!
Can you buy 2 Snow Buddies and still get the rebate? I need to check this out…I’ve got to many Snow White! lol
Sure–you can purchase any 2 of the three DVD’s…I just chose Snow White. We have it too but since I can use the $5 Q it makes the Snow Buddies so cheap I will give it as a gift!!
Oops–I meant the Kernel Seasons rebate, not the Ronzoni! There are too many out there–but that’s a good thing if I can keep them straight!
I just wanted to let everyone know I just got of the phone with a Toys R US rep who stated that Toys R Us’ policy on online coupons is that the coupon must have Toys R Us or Babies R Us somewhere on the coupon. After attempting to use the coupons from coupons.com I was turned away. I guess we could always try and see if Wal-Mart would price match and then accept the coupons but I am not sure.
Michelle I think it will vary by store as I just udes 3 IP’s with no problem at TRU and have used the Disney Q’s several times over the last few weeks–just used the UP one two weeks ago…
Really…well that is interesting. That is why I called the Toys R Us corporate headquarters – they confirmed a no use policy, unless this policy is something new. Sorry, about the repost on the dvds coming out.
Rule #1 about super great deals is NEVER NEVER Call… you alert them to really low prices and sometimes they “correct” their prices so it’s not so good of a deal, and if stores were accepting printable coupons corperate may send out a letter telling them to stop!!
DO you think the $10 disney gift card would prompt before the $8 instant saving?
Take the whole mess to target and get the prices matched if your TRU is going to be a butt about it. I used a 10.00 coupon last week at TRU. How did corporate talk to you?? Did you not just talk to a customer service tech instead???
